Technology is continuing to change how we operate businesses and how we interact with customers. To stay ahead of the pack Amity Court became the pilot property for a number of new software’s Kowalewski holdings are wanting to introduce to the company as a whole. To improve our front office effectiveness the company recently changed Property Management Systems from Callista which it operated for over 8 years to Guest Point an Australia based company. To assist in the HR department, a connect with a software provider named Deputy was established. Deputy allows us to provide staff advanced warning of rosters online, the ability to request time off, swap shifts, post timesheets and generate a number of HR specific reports. “After the initial setup of Deputy in our business we don’t know what we would do without it now, it has been a huge success” says Jason Kowalewski – General Manager. In addition to the above the recent introduction of the system named Receipt Bank to help streamline receipts and invoicing within Xero. “So far it has free me up to focus on improvement to the business and the customer experience. No longer am I spending hours in front of the computer uploading accounts which in my view is another successful product we want to push throughout our operations” says Jason.
